Trading Policies and Delivery Information
All sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand including:

- Commerce Act
- Sales of Goods Act
- Consumer Guarantees Act
All orders over $100 will be delivered free of charge (within New Zealand only).
We have a flat rate of $5 per order for all orders shipped within New Zealand.
- Rural delivery will incur an additional fee
- Urgent Saturday deliveries will incur an additional fee
- No deliveries are possible on Sundays or Public Holidays
All international orders will be shipped via International Economy Courier or International Airmail. You will be contacted to discuss your preferred option.
General Delivery Information
We deliver our goods through New Zealand Couriers, which ensures they arrive safely and promptly to their destinations.
In most cases your goods will be despatched within two working days, it should take 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered depending on the delivery location. If delivery is to a business address, please specify office/room/level. Our couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a full street address to ensure delivery is made on time. Our couriers require a signature on delivery but you may request for the goods to be left with no signature, at your own risk.
We cannot accept liability for Courier Company errors and/or errors in delivery details supplied by the purchaser.
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by the Act.
If you wish to return goods we request that they are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched, and in the original packaging. Please phone 03 379 5126 for an approval number for returns.

All our prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include a Goods and Services Tax of 15% (G.S.T), where applicable. See XE.com for the latest currency conversion rates. Please note that your credit card will be always be charged in New Zealand dollars at the time that the order is processed, and that the currency conversion rate used by your credit card company may vary slightly from the XE.com rates. XE.com currency conversion rates should be used as an estimate only; for the exact amount charged please consult your Credit Card statement.
